Excellent question – the answer is YES! We can give you a 15% discount on your ferry travel with Red Funnel and Wightlink. We’ll send you details on how to claim it once you’ve returned your customer information form and paid your balance.

Sorry, we love animals, but operate a ‘no pets’ policy.

The stated tariff includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (excluding beach/pool towels – please bring your own).

Yes, we will ask for 30% of the full rental cost when a firm booking is made. If you’re booking with us within 6 weeks of the holiday start date, we will request full payment. We’ll send you an email requesting the exact sum for the deposit or balance. This will include a link that you will need to click so that you can pay online via your debit or credit card. This is our preferred method for payments, but we would of course be open to considering other options. Please see our Ts&Cs.

Yes, several local restaurants will deliver to the door, including Chinese, Indian and pizza. Here are TripAdvisor’s suggestions.

You can see all the latest blockbusters at the Cineworld Cinema in Newport (our ‘capital’ town!). There’s also the Commodore Cinema in Ryde which has special deals and cheap seats. It’s easy to get to both cinemas by car or bus.

 

Shanklin Theatre is close by – it’s a lovely, atmospheric venue with an eclectic programme that ranges from theatre productions to music and comedy. You can book tickets online.

Once we have  agreed your dates, we will then send you a payment request for the deposit or balance. We use Payzone which is a secure and widely used online payment system. This is our preferred means of payment. But if you would rather pay via other means, please contact us and we will consider this.

You will receive an email with a request for the exact sum of money, and you can then click on the link provided and pay with your debit or credit card. We request a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Six wweeks prior to your stay we will send you a link to pay your balance plus a £100 refundable damages deposit. On your departure, you should expect the damages deposit to be returned to you via Payzone within 5 working days. If you don’t receive it, pleas contact us and we will investigate with Payzone as a matter of urgency.

Yes! You’ll sleep on 100% cotton sheets – all bedding is allergy free. We also provide bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.

Please get in touch and we can provide detailed information on the individual apartments. Three of the apartments at Dove Court are on the ground floor and have step-free access.

There are loads of great options, including pizza, curry, modern British and tapas. Check out Matt and Cat’s foodie website at mattandcat.co.uk for reviews and inspiration.

Yes – many of the big name supermarkets will deliver to the holiday apartments, including Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. If you arrange for any provisions to be delivered between 11am and 1pm on the day of your arrival, we’ll have everything waiting for you when you check in. Please let us know in advance if you’d like us to do this and provide any special instructions (eg put the Prosecco in the fridge!).

Yes, we’re happy to offer short breaks for a minimum of three nights. Please get in touch and we’ll accommodate you, subject to availability!
